An old corner sink as it was received.

As you can see, it was in rough shape!

Pitted, dirty, and chipped from being outside for years!

This area had no porcelain at all. Worn down bare cast iron!

First it's cleaned, then etched with a mild acid.

After about 20 minutes, the etch is removed with a sponge and water.

The sink is then sanded down to remove residue.

Next, it's time for bodywork to repair the damage.

Chips are filled with an epoxy filler then sanded smooth.

After vacuuming and tack ragging, it's receives 2 coats of primer

Finally, the final 3 coats of the finish!

The finished product is ready to be used in just 12 hours!
